Coaching is a highly effective and powerful approach to developing performance and achieving goals. Unlike training, where the trainer is generally considered to be the expert, coaching is a non-directive approach to harnessing potential, on both an individual and organisational level. This is achieved through a variety of methodologies designed to raise awareness and channel individual and organisational potential.


Performance at work can also be impacted by personal circumstances and challenges and coaching can support individuals to adapt to and navigate these challenges.

Although coaching is often delivered on a 1:1 basis, either face-to-face or through video-conferencing, team and group coaching is growing in popularity.
